The question that we get most often from clients is "how often should I do this?" The short answer to that question is to listen to your body and it will let you know when to come back and see us. You can look for signals like reoccurring pain, feeling overwhelmed or extreme emotions, experiencing sleep disturbances, anxiety, and the like, as these are all great indicators that it may be time for another relaxation and tension-releasing session...although, that is your call.
For reference purposes, we have some clients who come weekly, some every other week, some monthly, some who come for the pure enjoyment of getting the peaceful time away when they can, some that come in longer intervals between sessions, some that go intensely for a short period of time and then expand it out more from there, while others choose to come when they feel the need to be seen. There is no written-in-stone answer for any one person, which is why self-empowerment is key here, and this simply involves listening to one's needs and then moving with how one feels moved in order to handle anything that appears to unfold within one's reality.
We are each the experts on our own body and experience here so we simply leave those decisions up to the individual and how they feel moved in going forward!
